Product warranty
Each Meerosee.us chandelier comes with a 3-year warranty, protecting you against color fading and factory defects. Warranty does not cover altered items, products exposed to abnormal weather conditions, improper installation or misuse. Bulbs are not warranted for any specific period of time.
If there is any part damaged during the shipment or any defects found during the installation, we will replace the part for free.
We guarantee that our products are made from the best materials and we hire highly experienced workers. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee which means you will be satisfied with every order.

Forms Of Payment
A. If your order is less than 10000 USD, please make payment by PAYPAL or Western Union.
B. If your order is over 10000 USD, please make payment by bank transfer,Order procedure: 
1. You tell the order details to our sales team.
2. Our sales team will send you a PI for confirmation.
3. You pay 30% deposit.
4. We start production according to the PI and will inform you when the goods are finished.
5. You pay the 70% balance.
6. We deliver goods to you.

Custom chandelier
Since we have our own factory, one of our biggest advantages over our competitors is that we can customize almost all of our models according to your specifications. We can change the finish, size, or the number of bulbs.
These capabilities are sometime desirable when selecting that perfect fixture for your project. For example, if you see a chandelier that you like, but prefer a different finish, just pick a model that has the same finish you like from our Catalog or Web site and we will apply that finish for you.

Delivery time
We will only manufacture our product once you have placed an order. It takes approximately 25 to 30 days to manufacture the product.

If you want to order large quantity or large size chandelier, the manufacturing time will be longer. If you are working on a project or you have a particular target date, we would recommend you to place your order as earlier as possible and inform us when you need it done.

About shipping
We will send our products( with width less than or equal to 50cm) through ePacket,China Post Air Parcel,EMS, and it normally takes about 7 to 10 days for shipment. We can also send our products (with width larger than 50 cm) through sea freight and it will take about 20 to 30 days. We will try our best to send the products as earlier as possible.

We will confirm with you the shipping address when we are ready to send the product and inform you the date that your product will be shipped. Once the product is shipped, we will send you the tracking number and follow it up for you.

Cancellation
Custom made chandeliers with a different size, finish or crystal option can not be cancelled after confirmation.

Return Policies
We insist on exceptional quality, value and service,We guarantee every item will give you complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return for full refund of purchase price or exchange a product within 30 days of receiving it. 

Please call to inquire or visit the product’s page for return policy information for that specific item. Returned goods must be uninstalled and come in their original packing. All returns must be confirmed by our customer service before an item is returned.

If some part of the product is broken during the shipment, we will send you the new part for free.

Packing & Crating
Our packaging consists of three layers: the first layer (inner layer) is made of foam; the second layer (interlayer) is made of paper box; and for third layer (outer layer), it is a wooden structure to protect the product from being damaged.

Is assembly required?
Most chandeliers’ frames are shipped out semi-assembled. Some smaller size frames consist of 3 or 4 separate pieces which require some assembly time. Assembly times vary from model to model. Smaller size (up to 16" width) frames shipped fully assembled and crystals are packed separately. Larger size frames (20" Width and up) are also shipped out semi-assembled. Frames and crystals are packed separately for safe and secure delivery.
It is very easy to assemble the chandelier if you follow the instructions. The crystal strand is prepared for you and just need to hang it onto the fixture. The installation instructions will show you the exact location. Please call our customer service any time if you have any questions during the assembly.

Installing Your Chandelier
Our chandeliers come with easy to follow instructions and the electrical installation is similar to installing any other lighting fixture or ceiling fan. We do recommend an electrician to do the electrical installation. Many of our customers hire an electrician to install the frame of the chandelier on their ceiling and then install the crystals themselves.
